Project Assistant / HSE Officer at Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Ltd

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Support: Assist with job setup, planning, execution, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Coordinate bid solicitations, gather bids, and maintain contact information to support accurate cost estimating.
• Permitting & Compliance: Support in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from government authorities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Health, Safety & Risk Management: Implement and uphold health and safety policies; assist in identifying risks and applying mitigation strategies.
• Communication & Reporting: Manage project communications including meetings, minutes, updates, and status reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Engineering or Core Science related discipline
• Minimum of 2-years’ experience, specifically in project management
• Age: Not more than 35 years old.
