Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and styling services toclients
• Offer beard grooming, hair coloring, and scalp treatments
• Recommend suitable hair care products and maintenance routines
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and tools
• Keep up with current hair trends and techniques
• Manage client bookings and maintain service records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; vocational training or certification in hairdressing/barbering is an added advantage
• Proven experience as a barber or stylist (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of hair types, textures, and styling tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must be neat, punctual, and customer-focused
