The Art Director would lead and shape bold, compelling, and culturally relevant creative work across our projects and campaigns.This role is for a highly creative professional with strong visual intelligence,strategic thinking, and the ability to transform ideas into powerful storytelling and memorable brand experiences.
The ideal candidate understands modern design culture, creative communication, and visual execution at a high level, while confidently leading projects from concept to completion.
The Art Director, you will collaborate with strategists, designers, writers, producers, editors,and production teams to create impactful work across digital, film, social, print, experiential, and branded content platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall creative and visual direction for campaigns, productions, and brand projects
Develop original concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual narratives.
Translate strategic objectives into compelling creative executions.
Supervise and guide creative teams to ensure excellence across all deliverables.
Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across multiple platforms.
Oversee shoots, production design, post-production processes, and final creative outputs.
Present and defend creative concepts confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful work.
Stay informed on emerging trends in design, media, advertising, technology, fashion,entertainment, and culture.
Required Skills
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative thinking and execution.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro and AI tools).
Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, composition, and branding.
Knowledge of digital design, social media content creation, motion graphics, and production workflows.
Experience with creative campaign development across digital, print, film, and experiential platforms
Understanding of photography direction, video production, editing, and post-production processes. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively within fast-paced creative environments.
Experience in advertising, media, entertainment, production, or creative agency environments is highly preferred.
