Job Description

• The Production Supervisor / Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production teams to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• This role is critical in meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Plan, organize, and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Quality Control: Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental harm.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability.
