Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Production Managert o oversee daily production for our clothing brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing garment production processes, coordinating with tailors and suppliers, ensuring quality control, and meeting production deadlines.
• The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in clothing production or fashion manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process from design to finished garments.
• Supervise tailors, cutters, and other production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure garments meet brand quality standards before delivery or sale.
• Manage fabric sourcing, materials, and inventory levels.
• Work closely with designers to understand production requirements and specifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
• Implement cost-effective production methods to minimize waste.

Preferred Qualifications

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field or relevant hands-on training in fashion or garment production.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Production Manager or Production Assistant in a clothing or fashion brand.
• Experience working with small to medium-scale clothing brands.
• Knowledge of quality control in garment production.
