Job Summary

• We are hiring experienced Production Supervisors to oversee and optimize production processes in our food and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. 
• The ideal candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in the Food or Pharma industry, strong material management skills, and a deep understanding of ISO and FSSC documentation. 
• This role requires individuals with excellent production planning skills, ERP system knowledge, and the ability to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production activities to meet daily/weekly targets efficiently.
• Ensure optimal material management for seamless production operations.
• Implement and maintain ISO and FSSC documentation to comply with industry standards.
• Monitor and enhance production efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Supervise production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilize ERP systems for tracking production metrics and inventory management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production volumes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Science Graduate (Compulsory).
• 2-4 years of experience in the Food or Pharmaceutical industry (If not, please do not apply).
• Strong material management skills for efficient resource utilization.
• Hands-on experience with ISO and FSSC documentation.
• ERP operating knowledge is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
