COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB (educations and experience required

• BSc/ HND in Chemical/Food/Mechanical Engineering or in any science-related course
• Minimum of 6 years working experience
• Lean 6-SIGMA CERTIFICATE
• Versatile in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) and Microsoft office

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTION

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Execute production schedule to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. Coordinate with other dept to align and achieve production plan.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and lead the team and drive the team to achieve the set goals. Support team professional dev for the supervisor, operator, and shopfloor workers
• Quality Control: Proper line clearance/changeover, Inspection of packing/process lines, correct any quality deviations, and put measures to prevent re-occurrence as required to maintain product integrity.
• Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for smoother operations. Ensure all filling lines and product manufacturing operate above 90% and at 0.05% waste.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of RMPM and collaborate with the planning/procurement/supply chain team to ensure steady supply and prevent material shortages.
• Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and conduct regular safety training, address potential safety hazards, and close all safety observations.
• Cost Management: Manage production budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Performance monitoring: Daily tracking of line performance and analysis of daily production and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement initiatives: Lead and participate in process optimization projects, lean, and Six Sigma projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.
• Governance: Tracking and ensuring accuracy in product booking on the system, checking of IKJWP002 on hand accuracy against physical, and ensuring accuracy in monthly stock count and posting. Manpower Attendance daily tracking and enforcement of Preventive and corrective maintenance are done and well documented. All Regulatory/process documents are reviewed and updated as when due.

• Timely Compliance with Production booking and shipment
• Timely closure of Transfer order and physical confirmation
• No stock variance
• Proper Documentation of all production process
• Shubham Efficiency of above 90% and waste below 0.05%
• No safety observations should go above 24hrs.
• Take CAPA for all quality and safety observations.
