Product Sales Engineer-Condition Monitoring at Beamco Nigeria Limited

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop and implement condition monitoring programs and strategies.
• Apply condition monitoring tools and techniques, such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis.
• Analyze data and interpreting results to identify potential problems.
• To work with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
• Oversee the training and presentations on condition monitoring techniques and practices.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key departments across the clients, mainly Operations, Engineering and Project teams, to identify their technical needs related to Condition Monitoring and Plant Asset Management.
• Develop monthly action plans to meet or exceed Product and Services sales targets.
• Raise technical awareness for condition monitoring across all clients and respond to their technical queries and operational challenges and issues through presentations and demonstrations of the products with customers.
• Issue technical support to the sales teams through joint visits to clients to identify new opportunities and continuously increase the prospect funnel.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the achieved product and services sales, and present forecasts and plans for the following month/quarter.
• Coordinate closely with the OEM Service Team, to identify and acquire service jobs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.ENG in an Engineering or related degree
• A minimum of 6-8 years in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Word, excel, etc.) is a must.
• Preferred Certified Vibration Analysts (VCAT 1, VCAT 2, VCAT 3 or VCAT 4)
• Job requires frequent travelling within the country.
