You will be the central link between Product, Sales, and HQ Operations, ensuring that internal systems, processes, and communication frameworks run smoothly. This role blends people enablement, process optimization, and data-driven execution — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, collaboration, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company management platforms, including onboarding/offboarding of field teams and account/system access setup.
Act as primary liaison with HQ, coordinating product updates, feedback loops, and rollout communication.
Deliver product training and enablement sessions to regional teams to drive adoption and performance.
Continuously improve operational workflows and reporting structures to enhance team efficiency.
Maintain accurate reports, tracking dashboards, and personnel rosters using advanced spreadsheet tools.
Support the departmental head with special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Product Operations, or Commercial Enablement.
Strong coordination and communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data handling.
Detail-driven, structured thinker, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
