    Project Manager (Event)

    Job Objective

    • We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee event planning projects from start to finish.
    • The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure each event is executed smoothly, meets client expectations, and reflects our brand’s quality and creativity.

    Key Responsibilities
    Event Planning & Execution:

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage events from concept to completion.
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for each event.
    • Supervise vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
    • Manage event budgets and track expenses effectively.

    Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Work closely with creative, logistics, and operations teams.
    • Serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.

    Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Track event progress, identify challenges early, and create quick solutions.
    • Prepare and share regular updates and reports on project performance.

    Process & Quality Improvement:

    • Identify ways to make event planning more efficient and cost-effective.
    • Ensure all events meet brand and quality standards.

    Documentation & Follow-Up:

    • Schedule and document project meetings.
    • Record key decisions, action points, and deadlines.
    • Follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely delivery.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Budget management and vendor coordination.
    • Problem-solving and attention to detail.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience managing events or large-scale projects.
    • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
    • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman.
    • This role requires a polished professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level engagements, drive strategic administrative processes, and serve as a trusted liaison between the Chairman, internal teams, and external partners.
    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

    What You’ll Do
    Executive & Administrative Support:

    • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, travel schedules, and daily workflow with accuracy and foresight.
    • Prepare briefs, memos, reports, and meeting documents—ensuring the Chairman is always well-informed and prepared.
    • Track follow-ups, action items, and commitments to ensure timely execution.
    • Serve as the gatekeeper, filtering communication, prioritising requests, and ensuring smooth information flow.

    Leadership & Strategic Support:

    • Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and leadership engagements.
    • Assist with strategic initiatives, research tasks, and project coordination as delegated by the Chairman.
    • Support decision-making through structured documentation, insights, and summarised updates.
    • Maintain alignment between the Chairman’s priorities and organisational goals.

    Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

    • Interface professionally with executives, partners, government bodies, clients, and key stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
    • Coordinate internal communications and ensure follow-through on directives from the Chairman’s office.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and communication materials.
    • Manage travel logistics, itineraries, special events, and protocol arrangements.
    • Drive administrative efficiency by improving workflows, systems, and document management.
    • Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role.
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
    • Strong communication (written & verbal), presentation, and documentation skills.
    • High discretion, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and maturity.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools.
    • Ability to manage complex schedules, sensitive information, and high-level engagements.
    • Strong problem-solving ability, initiative, and ownership mindset.
    • Experience working with top-level executives or founders is a strong advantage.
    • Background in consulting, corporate environments, or executive operations is a plus.
