Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to bring designs from concept to implementation.
Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Visual Design: Craft visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand identity, utilizing industry best practices and design principles.
Design System Contribution: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into our design processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, Higher National Diploma
Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful product implementations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of prototyping tools is a plus.
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in product design, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
