The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients. The individual is responsible for stakeholder engagement, product visioning, agile team leadership, and aligning delivery with strategic business goals across multi-disciplinary teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Qualifications
Product Management: Experience in product lifecycle management, product development processes, and agile methodologies.
Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic decision-making to address complex challenges.
Technical Acumen: Knowledge of technology trends, software tools, and systems relevant to product management.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
Preferred Experience: Background in working within data-driven organizations or sectors is an advantage.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management are desirable
7+ years work experience, ideally in consulting, GovTech, civic-tech, or digital transformation environments, with at least 2 years in a product leadership role
