Role Overview

• The Head of Product & Innovation will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation initiatives to drive growth and competitive advantage.
• This role is responsible for translating business vision into scalable, market-leading products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design).
• Drive innovation through research, market insights, and experimentation.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic product expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 8+ years’ experience in product management, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, agile methodologies, and innovation frameworks.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
