We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape, build, and improve products that solve real customer problems. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap in line with business goals.
Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer research, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality product features.
Write clear product requirements and user stories.
Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
Analyze product performance using data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with marketing and sales to support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven experience launching and managing digital products.
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Trello, Linear, or similar.
Ability to make data-informed product decisions.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with SaaS, fintech, AI, e-commerce, or consumer technology products.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Basic understanding of UX principles and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
