Procurement Officer at Alliance Hospital and Services

Key Responsibilities

• Source reliable suppliers and maintain productive vendor partnerships.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Review and process purchase orders in line with hospital procurement policies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with units for accurate demand forecasting.
• Track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant experience (healthcare sector experience is an added advantage).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP procurement modules is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
