Procurement Manager / Store Manager at Zhongxin Network Technology Company Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and analytical Buyer and Store Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the optimal sourcing and acquisition of quality materials and products to support our business objectives and tooversee the daily operations of our store.
• Experience in health care centre / hospital would be an advantage. Applicants must also reside in Lekki axis

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective procurement strategies across various spend categories to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and maximize value.
• Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and forecast price trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Engineering) to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with corporate objectives.
• Lead the entire sourcing process, including Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and competitive bidding.
• Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers based on rigorous criteria including quality, cost, reliability, sustainability, and risk profile.
• Negotiate and draft contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Manage and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key vendors through effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon standards and contracts, ensuring continuous compliance and addressing service failures promptly.
• Control and monitor the procurement budget, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as savings achieved, cost avoidance, and purchase order cycle time.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, internal controls, and relevant local and international legal/regulatory requirements.
• Perform due diligence and risk assessments on potential and existing supply contracts to ensure supply continuity.
• Oversee the management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase requisitions and purchase order approval.Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, safe, and fully operational in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and product placement to attract customers and drive impulse purchases.
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments, performing regular cycle counts/audits, and minimizing shrinkage.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and corporate departments to ensure smooth supply chain execution and prompt issue resolution.
