Primary School Wisdom and Leadership Teacher at Spring of Life and Fountain of Wisdom Schools

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that instill wisdom, moral values, and leadership qualities in young learners, in line with the school’s curriculum and vision.
• Teach students essential life skills, including decision-making, responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages respect, confidence, and positive character development.
• Use age-appropriate teaching methods, stories, role-plays, and practical activities to bring values and leadership lessons to life.
• Assess students’ growth in character and leadership skills, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Actively engage in professional development to enhance teaching strategies and approaches to values-based education.

Requirements:

• A strong practicing Spirit-filled Christian, deeply committed to Christian values and principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Religious Studies, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, preferably in moral instruction, leadership, or values education.
• Passion for guiding children to develop strong moral character and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills suitable for engaging young learners.
• Ability to serve as a role model in character, integrity, and Christian leadership.
