Personal Brand Manager & Content Creator at T's Concept

Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦250,000 per month

This is a FULL-TIME ONSITE POSITION — remote work is not available. Applicants must reside in or near Abijo, Sangotedo, Ajah, or Agungi.

We are a growing business led by an entrepreneurial CEO in the hair, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, travel, and e-commerce space. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Personal Brand Manager & Content Creator to shape and elevate the CEO’s personal brand while producing engaging content across various business platforms.
This role offers growth into Senior Brand Manager and eventually Head of Brand / Brand Strategy Lead.

Position Overview

We seek a creative and strategic individual skilled in content creation, video editing, and digital storytelling to amplify the CEO’s influence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Development & Strategy

• Create and execute the CEO’s personal brand strategy.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Conduct research and track brand performance.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Produce high-quality video and photo content.
• Edit content using Canva, VEED.io, Topaz Video Upscaler, etc.
• Schedule and manage posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Ensure SEO and platform optimization.

Digital Engagement & Community Growth

• Manage campaigns and collaborations.
• Engage followers and nurture community trust.
• Monitor online sentiment.
• Work with influencers, advertisers, and media partners.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in relevant fields.
• 2–3 years in personal branding, content creation, or social media marketing (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or travel).
• Strong storytelling, branding, and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva and video editing tools (preferred but trainable).
• Familiarity with analytics tools.
• Passion for hair, beauty, fashion, travel, and entrepreneurship.

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Advanced video editing or motion graphics
• Paid social or influencer campaign experience
• Photography/videography
