Job Description

• Our client is looking for a personal banker to assist our customers in managing their bank accounts and finances.
• You’ll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and cross-selling them our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Operation of POS machine; withdrawal, deposit and transfer of cash, utility payments and recharge of airtime.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets & outcomes within schedule
• Good comprehensive & accurate daily report
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Help customers open up checking and savings accounts
• Assist clients in opening lines of credit
• Maintain customer accounts and help resolve disputes
• Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists
• Resolve debit and credit issues
• Complete basic data-entry and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE and maximum qualification of B.Sc Degree
• 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
• Great at basic mathematics and quantitative reasoning
• Excellent people skills
• Highly motivated and target driven.

Benefits

• Salary: N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly
