The Personal Assistant to the CEO is primarily tasked with the responsibility of providing essential support to our CEO by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication and great work delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You’d be required to showcase exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to effortlessly manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities
Managing the CEO's schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handling personal errands and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Coordinating and organizing special events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion when handling confidential matters.
Managing and maintaining the CEO's documents, records, and office supplies.
Collaborating with other members of the executive team and providing support as needed.
Staying updated on industry trends, news, and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to the CEO.
Exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills in handling sensitive and critical situations.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s in Business management or any other relevant field
Minimum grade requirement of a 2:1
Maximum of 1 year of work experience in any associated field.
Must reside within Lekki, Ikoyi or Victoria Island environs
Fresh graduates or NYSC corpers are open to apply
