    Personal Assistant/Admin Officer

    Total data Limited is a management consultancy firm proficient in the provision of Human Resources and Manpower solutions to its’ clients across Nigeria. We focus on providing exceptional services through bespoke end – to- end HR services to suit our individual client’s organisational objective.

    We are currently sourcing for Personal Assistant/Admin Officer for our client.


    Duties and responsibilities

    • Be the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
    • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access  to the manager/executive
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
    • Organising events and conferences
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
    • liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
    • Collating and filing expenses
    • Event Planning experience which may include expertly coordinating events, Liaise with vendors etc.

     Competency Requirement

    • Minimum of HND/BSc from a recognized institution
    • 5 – 10 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Proven Administrative experience
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
    • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
    • Tact and diplomacy
