We are currently sourcing for Digital Marketing Officer. Please find details below:
Duties and responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Management: Understanding of campaign life cycle, assisting in developing marketing strategies alongside your manager. For this you may do research tasks and create presentations with your findings. 

Analytics: Monitoring Google Analytics and adding results to a spreadsheet to analyse website traffic and make recommendations to optimise the pages, such as reducing bounce for SEO.

Email Marketing: Creating and building emails for email marketing campaigns using software such as Mailchimp. 

Content Writing: Writing content for the company blog, website and social media channels.  

Website Management: Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website.  

Community Management: Managing and creating content for social media channels, you may also use a CRM to manage relationships with customers.

• Drive online engagement among target markets
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
• Develop and execute cost effective online ad activities aimed at driving brand awareness.

Competency Requirement

• A Degree (HND / BSC) in Mass Communication, English Language, Marketing, Advertising and Business Management / Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PR, Advertising, community relations, communications, writing publications and marketing.

We are currently sourcing for Personal Assistant/Admin Officer for our client.

Duties and responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access  to the manager/executive
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Event Planning experience which may include expertly coordinating events, Liaise with vendors etc.

 Competency Requirement

• Minimum of HND/BSc from a recognized institution
• 5 – 10 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Proven Administrative experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
