We are currently looking for a seasoned People Operations Specialist to join our business as an integral part of the People Operations Team under Anglophone West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Support each stage of the employee lifecycle, from attraction through offboarding.
Implement and support onboarding initiatives and procedures for new hires.
Provide general support to staff regarding policies and benefits.
Ensure staff information are accurate and updated on the HRIS.
Provide various administrative support to the people operations team.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters the Employee Experience Director
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Process daily employees’ complaints and ensure resolution.
Processing of compliance remittances (NSITF, ITF) as well as employee benefits
Perform other duties and work on other special projects and initiatives as necessary at the direction of the ExD.
Promote and model MFS Africa’s core values of Care, Simplify and Be revolutionary.

Educational qualification and key skills
Minimum of a BSC/HND from a reputable institution
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human resources with strong skill set in handling Personnel Operations.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
