Senior Product QA Engineer at CredPal

Purpose Statement

• We are looking for a Senior Product QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across the product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases through strategic testing, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Drive test automation strategy and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams during sprints and releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects; conduct root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Product/Software QA.
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
