    People Operations Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Lead and direct routine function of the Unit
    • Train and supervise Junior staff
    • Formulate and Implement Operational Policies
    • Involve in the recruitment of new talents to the team
    • Maintain Quality Assurance
    • Develop new ideas for the department
    • Ensure the smooth running of the department
    • Handle grieviance among staff members
    • Handle and escalate cusyomers compliants of any kind
    • Provide counselling on Policies to Staff.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
