Payroll and Onboarding Compliance Officer at Salad Africa (Techstars 22)

Responsibilities

• Hand-hold clients/companies throughout the payroll onboarding process, providing detailed explanations, demonstrations, and support as needed for payroll
• Identify challenges with the client's payroll, and give advice and support concerning payroll functionalities such as taxes, BHT, and pension, where necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience for clients
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and challenges in the onboarding process and work to streamline procedures.
• Provide client feedback to the sales and product team based on client interactions to support business growth efforts as well as product (payroll) optimization
• Provide ongoing payroll support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory payroll requirements and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
• Receiving necessary feedback and data from the client (end-user) accurately for efficient implementation into the product
