    Operations Officer

    Summary

    • Our client is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Officer to oversee and optimize daily operational activitie
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process improvement, compliance, and seamless coordination across departments

    Job Responsibilties

    • Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
    • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
    • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
    • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare operational reports
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in operations, administration, or a related role
    • Strong understanding of operational processes and business functions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
