Description: Our Client who runs a hospitality business which Include; Restaurants & Lounge, Hotels, needs the services of highly experienced and dynamic Operations Managers.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the company’s planning, policy, and strategic decisions.

• Setting budgets and ensuring costs remain under your target.

• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices

• Supervise and control the company’s supply chain and inventory system

• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service

• Evaluate performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules

• Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the organisation’s services and amenities.

• Recruit, train and monitor staff performance as well as managed payroll, AR/AP and inventory

• Provide a physical plant program and productivity tool to increase efficiency and provide a soundly operational facility focus on profit.

Requirement:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc qualifications in Business Management

• Masters qualification is also an advantage

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Operations Manager especially in Hospitality Industry

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

• Experience budgeting and forecasting

• Familiarity with business and financial principles
