    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
    • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
    • Proven experience in both logistics management and business operation management.
    • Receive orders from sales reps, sending the right orders to restaurants
    • Confirm payment for each order before processing.
    • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
    • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
    • Work with senior stakeholders.
    • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
    • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
    • Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
    • Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
    • Support worker communication with the management team.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience on the job or similar role.
    • Possession of MBA is an added advantage but not compulsory.
    • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
    • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of financial management.

    Remuneration
    N100,000 Monthly Plus Allowance.
