Night Auditor at Circa Non Pariel

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-of-day audits of sales, cash, credit card transactions, and POS reports
• Reconcile daily revenue from the restaurant and lounge, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management
• Ensure accurate posting of charges, payments, and adjustments
• Secure cash, receipts, and financial documents in accordance with company policies
• Monitor overnight operations to ensure compliance with financial controls and service standards
• Coordinate with management regarding any irregularities or notable events
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and guest information
• Support closing procedures for fine dining and lounge operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting or hospitality management is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality, night audit, or accounting preferred
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic accounting software
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment

• Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fast-paced, upscale hospitality setting requiring discretion and reliability
