• DAAMC is seeking an experienced and strategic Hospital Manager to join our senior leadership team. This role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens financial performance, and supports high‑quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hospital operations across all departments
• Ensure compliance with national/state health regulations
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Strengthen administrative systems and optimize EHR usage
• Drive quality improvement and patient‑safety initiatives
• Support staff development and organizational excellence

Qualifications
