We are currently seeking an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of operational excellence. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations department, responsible for supporting our logistics processes and ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and optimizing logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and analyze reports regarding operational performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
Help manage documentation related to shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and performance metrics.
Support the implementation of new operational processes and technologies to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with logistics software is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
