    We are seeking a responsible and experienced Operations assistant knowing the importance of analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills in this role. To excel, candidates should have experience in the Hospitality industry and a strong ability to multitask and manage teams. However, the role generally involves providing support to the operations team or department to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks and decision-making
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations across all areas
    • Serve as a liaison between staff and upper-level management
    • Help develop and implement policies and procedures
    • Train and mentor junior staff members
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance
    • Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvement
    • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    • SSCE, OND/NCE; additional education or certification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
    • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to details and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
    • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office suite, MS Excel Spreadsheet, MS Outlook) and comfortable with data entry and basic analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
    • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
    • Capable of working collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
    • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in response to evolving operational needs.
