    Direct Sales Specialist

    Location: Kaduna, Kano, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Yaba, Gbagada, Onikan, Abeokuta, Surulere, Fadeyi, Lagos Island, Lekki, Enugu, Alausa, Opebi,Ogba, Uyo, Ilorin, Festac.

    Salary: N73,000 - N300,000

    Benefit: Leave, Pension, HMO.

    Job Summary:

    We\'re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Specialist to join our insurance company. As a Direct Sales Specialist, you\'ll be responsible for selling insurance products and services to customers, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Customer Acquisition:

    • Sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers
    • Meet and exceed sales goals through new product sales, cross-selling, and retention of customers
    • Leverage community contacts to build a sales pipeline and create relationships with potential customers

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs and preferences
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
    • Foster trust and loyalty with customers through regular follow-ups and policy reviews

    Product Knowledge and Sales Strategies:

    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current insurance products, market trends, and regulations
    • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve sales processes and increase revenue
    • Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Sales and Marketing, Finance, BusinessAdministration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
