We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of hospitality trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service (if applicable)
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction at all times
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs and reduce waste
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
Work closely with the kitchen team to plan menus and maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good financial and inventory management knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
