    Operations and Admin Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Operations & Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth setup and functioning of Sygnite's new Abuja office.
    • This individual will support daily operations, oversee procurement and regulatory compliance, and serve as a key administrative support for the Managing Director.
    • The role includes HR coordination, vendor engagement, and implementation of efficient systems to ensure operational excellence across Sygnite's renewable energy, electrical installation, manufacturing, procurement, and civil engineering services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the office setup process including procurement, vendor contracts, and workspace logistics.
    • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director including scheduling, travel, and communication management.
    • Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of office and project-related materials.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including CAC, FIRS, ITF, NSITF, and PENCOM.
    • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining staff records.
    • Maintain organized documentation for operations, procurement, contracts, and compliance records.
    • Facilitate internal communications and coordinate meetings, company events, and reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
    • 3-5 years of operations or administrative experience, preferably in engineering, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Strong multitasking and project coordination skills.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory compliance requirements and office setup procedures.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and digital proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
