OPERATION ASSISTANT OFFICER

The operations Assistant Officer will assist the Head of Operation to oversee the operations department.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support in scheduling bus route
• Provide support in monitoring booking, loading of luggage and passenger boarding
• Provide support in liaising and managing branch managers
• Help the Head of Operation in record keeping
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure not delay in vehicle maintenance
• Sort out all logistics for early departure of buses from terminals
• Resolve drivers and attendants issues without delay

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• OND/NCE in Administration, Transport Management or related discipline.
• 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.
