A smart and talented young IT officer who must have a minimum of 2 years experience in web development, Networking and programming. Experience in graphic design will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the business by managing company’s website
• Monitor all electronic channels of payment and booking
• Manage the backend of booking app of the company and any other app or software being used in the company
• Manage the company’s email system
• Maintain the company’s networking systems
• Maintain company’s computer and printers
• Resolve any network issues that may arise from time to time
• Liaise with external IT vendors
• Resolve any issues with the apps

OPERATION ASSISTANT OFFICER

The operations Assistant Officer will assist the Head of Operation to oversee the operations department.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support in scheduling bus route
• Provide support in monitoring booking, loading of luggage and passenger boarding
• Provide support in liaising and managing branch managers
• Help the Head of Operation in record keeping
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure not delay in vehicle maintenance
• Sort out all logistics for early departure of buses from terminals
• Resolve drivers and attendants issues without delay

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• OND/NCE in Administration, Transport Management or related discipline.
• 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.

The Air conditioner Technician will be responsible for repairing any A/c fault detected in the luxurious bus.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot for faults arising in the air-condition unit of the bus
• Rectify any cooling fault detected
• Carry out routine maintenance task in order to keep the air-condition working perfectly at all times

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• OND/NCE in HVAC maintenance or any technical certification in HVAC maintenance.
• 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.
• Smart, energetic and honest person.

Ability to use digital device to detect faults
