Onshore Administrative Assistant at Amaiden Energy Nigeria

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• The holder has to support the JV Onshore in all tasks and domains as advised by Senior Liaison Officer, such as:
• Work with the Admin team to follow- up payments for running contracts especially salaries and monthly-related
• performance report by department

JOB DIMENSIONS

• Support JV Onshore to follow up payments for running contracts, especially salary-related
• Prepare monthly performance report by department
• ACTIVITIES
• Work in close relationship with JV Onshore admin team for monthly performance
• Work in close relationship with Finance team to follow-up running contract monthly payments
• Work with Cost control monthly report for transaction listing and commitment analysis presentation
• Support NUIMS BUDGET / Performance defense

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Graduate with at least 5 years of experience of work in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Must be Excel / PowerPoint expert
• Must be very analytical with the ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions.
• Very fluent in spoken and written English.
