Job Summary:

• We are looking for an Office Librarian to manage and organize office records, documents, and resources effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure that information is accessible, well-maintained, and supports the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, catalog, and maintain office documents, files, and records.
• Ensure easy access to office resources by developing an efficient filing and retrieval system.
• Keep an inventory of office publications, manuals, and reference materials.
• Assist staff with locating and using office materials and records.
• Ensure the library is orderly, clean, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in office library management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in filing systems and document management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
