Our client, a hospital at Apapa - Lagos, has vacancy for an Occupational Health Nurse

Schedule: 8am-6pm 

Location: Apapa - Lagos

Job Description

• Experience in Handling onsite medical emergencies and accidents offshore, coordination of emergency drills and analysis of medical incidents, participating in incident investigations and Tool box meetings, participating in risk and hazard analysis and evaluation, Alcohol testing, emergency drills
• Food tasting: Conduct daily onsite food tasting and environmental inspections, Food quality and safety audits, conducting onsite food handlers screening training of food handlers
• Facility hygiene inspection
• Planning and developing emergency response plan (ERP)
• Organizing and participate in random periodic health and safety drills
• Conducting and participating in medical surveillance
• Emergency evacuation
• Train and co-ordinate training on First Aid, Fire safety, manual handling and emergency drills
• Collaborate effectively with the onsite HSE team
