Network Operations Center Field Service Personnel

- Location Lagos , Oyo
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Requirements:
- BSc/HND (2.1 or upper Credit) in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are an advantage.
Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining network availability and performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring base stations remain operational. Collaborate with technical teams and provide 24x7 support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and rnaintain network stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Install, upgrade, and configure network hardware/software.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure 99% base station uptime.
- Support customer service teams on network-related issues.
- Maintain technical docurnentation and reports.
