    Human Resources and Administrative Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
    • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Ensures all employees are provided with the job description, full understanding of their KPIs, offer letters, and relevant documentation not exceeding 1 week of resumption.
    • Creates and delivers learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
    • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
    • Maintains compliance with prevailing employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
    • Conducts research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify an HR challenge and provide effective solutions.
    • Provides advice and recommendations to departmental heads for resolution of daily issues.
    • Drives regular performance appraisals.
    • Coordinates vendor activities for efficiency, including prompt payment of vendor bills.
    • Devises plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
    • Assists in the development and integration of policies.
    • Helps establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices.
    • Regularly communicates the company’s ethos, policies, and processes for proper understanding and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
    • Maintains knowledge of the company’s policies, processes, and resources, as well as provides advice and recommendations to staff and management when required.
