Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Jakin Initiative International

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs and projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating the various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and achieving program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks along with the M&E team to assess program effectiveness.
• support M&E team to collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and impact.
• Prepare and present regular reports on program progress and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports to donors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Provide M&E training and support to staff and partners to enhance their capacity to implement program activities.
• Identify and address capacity-building needs within the M& E team.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum - BSc/HND in related fields. 
• Experience in Public Health Intervention with 3 years experience in NGO - HIV, tb, OVC Intervention & KP programing.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft packages. 
• Must reside within Mainland LGA & Environs
• Experience in managing previous USAID or Global Fund Grant is an advantage!
