Brief 

A hospitality business is looking to hire a Mixologist in surulere. 

Mixologists serve patrons of restaurants and bars alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. They might provide beer and wine, brew classic cocktails, or develop new cocktail concoctions. Mixologists are also in charge of ensuring their bars are running smoothly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MIXOLOGIST 

• Mixologists ensure that bars are stocked with glassware, garnishes, cocktail mixes, and ice. 
• Some restaurants must rely on outside providers for bar supplies. 
• Process all customers' cash and credit card purchases. 
• Verify guests' ages before serving alcohol. 
• Maintain a clean and orderly bar.
• Mixologists may be required to set up bars before they open and to close them down at the end of the day. 
• They might also be able to provide food.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE MIXOLOGY ROLE

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification

• Ability to prepare a variety of cocktails.

• Must have at least three years of experience as a Mixologist.

• Ability to satisfy patrons’ requests promptly.

• Ability to keep a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.

• Ability to assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations.
