What you will do
Advise on and execute a diverse range of corporate commercial transactions end-to-end
Manage client engagement and serve as a trusted point of contact
Lead commercial negotiations and drive deal strategy alongside partners
Supervise, review work of, and develop junior members of the team
Contribute to business development and thought leadership in your practice areas
