Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandizer to join our team, ensuring our products are optimally displayed, well-stocked, and attractively presented to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of products at assigned outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Implement merchandising standards and promotional displays as instructed by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Track product movement and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) product rotation to maintain product freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of display areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; a higher qualification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a merchandizer in an FMCG company is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
• Physically fit and willing to travel within assigned routes.
