Essential education, experience and skills

• Minimum of a diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting or specimen accessioning is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.
