Medbuddy Internship Associate at Tuteria

Job Summary 

• The Internship Associate is responsible for developing and managing clinical internship placements and job opportunities for MedBuddy trainees. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring students are placed in suitable clinical settings, and increasing job placement rates post-training. Candidates with a strong hospital network/base will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities 

Clinical Internship & Job Placement Management 

• Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities for student internships and job placements.
• Secure MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding) with healthcare institutions for structured placements.
• Oversee the entire placement process, including matching students with the right internship or job opportunities based on their qualifications and career goals.
• Please make sure students receive valuable hands-on experience during internships.

Employer & Industry Engagement 

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare employers to understand their hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR departments of hospitals and clinics to facilitate graduate recruitment.
• Organise career fairs, employer networking events, and recruitment drives.

Student Support & Career Development 

• Develop and deliver job readiness programs (e.g., resume writing, interview coaching, soft skills training).
• Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions for students.
• Guide certification and licensing requirements for different roles.

Performance Tracking and Reporting 

• Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer partnerships, and hiring trends.
• Provide monthly reports on placement rates, employer feedback, and student success stories.
• Continuously seek feedback from students and employers to improve the placement process.

Compliance & Quality Assurance 

• Ensure all internship placements comply with industry regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor student performance during internships and address any issues that arise.
• Work with training instructors to align course content with employer expectations.
