Mechanical Rotating Engineer / Technician at Zeconia Global Investment Company

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and generators.
• Perform vibration analysis, alignment checks, and condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure machinery is installed, operated, and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and logs of rotating equipment performance.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities for rotating machinery.
• Implement reliability improvement initiatives and recommend upgrades or replacements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards (API, ISO, OEM guidelines).
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance, preferably in oil & gas, power, or industrial plants.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and generators.
• Experience in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and alignment procedures.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM).
• Familiarity with industry standards and OEM manuals.
